Mr. Kippers are green Cheep Cheeps found in the sea and Sunken Ship in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars and its remake. Its name is derived from "kipper", a fish dish. Mr. Kippers often appear alongside Crusties and Bloopers. They lack any spells or special attacks, with their only attack being to ram into a party member. In the original game, they appear red like Cheep Cheeps when underwater.
