Pro Goombas (originally known as Gu Goombas) are enemies found in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. They are variations of Goombas found in Bowser's Keep. Gu Goombas are identical to normal Goombas, save for their green color and higher stats. If Bowser is active in battle, Gu Goombas will sometimes flee from battle. However, if Bowser is not in the party, the Gu Goombas become confused and sometimes attack themselves or other monsters.
