Luca Semeraro is an Italian actor, voice actor, dubbing director, and dialogist. He is mostly known for voicing Leonardo in the Italian versions of the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoons (which he directed and for which he developed dialogues), and in Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation. He has also voiced the titular character of Barbapapa and various minor characters in Saint Seiya, Pokémon, Bleach, and Sword Art Online.
In the unaired Mediaset-directed dub of the Donkey Kong Country animated series, he voiced Bluster Kong.[2]
