Simone D'Andrea is an Italian voice actor and dubbing director. He started in 1986 as a singer in the "Piccoli Cantori di Milano" group. After being scouted in 1991, he entered the film and television industry with small acting roles, and started dubbing in 1994, giving up a soccer career for the Inter team.[2]

In cinema, he is the main Italian voice of Cillian Murphy, Colin Farrell, Channing Tatum, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, and Luke Evans. In cartoons, he is known for voicing Sousuke Sagara in Full Metal Panic!, Itachi Uchiha in Naruto, Katsuya Jonouchi in Yu-Gi-Oh!, James in Pokémon, adult Trunks in Dragon Ball, Yuu Matsuura in Marmalade Boy and Tyson Granger in Beyblade. In video games, he was the first Italian voice for Ratchet in Ratchet & Clank until 2007, but he reprised the role in the movie.

In the unaired Mediaset-directed dub of the Donkey Kong Country animated series, he voiced Donkey Kong.[3]
