The Wringer's shop interface early-game.

The Wringer is a shady Toad in Paper Mario: Color Splash. He is found in the harbor district of Port Prisma to the right of the Know-It-All Toad, inside of a barrel. The first time the player talks to him, he offers a plunger for free, because it is Mario's first time. After that, he will sell Things to Mario for a price. However, the player must squeeze the Thing in the level it came from first before he sells it. If the player already has a Thing, the item is marked as "Sold Out." If the player needs a Thing, but the Wringer doesn't have it, it is marked as "Coming Soon".

When the player buys a Thing, the floor will open up, allowing it to rise from underground. The player can then squeeze it into a card as they normally would.
