Pry Guy is an enemy from Paper Mario: Color Splash. It is a Shy Guy looking through the journal of the Justice Toad in Cherry Lake. When battled, Pry Guy uses the diary as a weapon against Mario, and as a shield to protect himself. Beating him drops the Hero's Journal, which must be delivered to Justice Toad.
