Big Bullet Bills are huge versions of a Bullet Bill that first appear in Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games, both for Wii and DS.

Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games, one Big Bullet Bill appears as a rival boss, and is similar in size to a Banzai Bill. The player meets him in Skeleton (Single Festival), Bobsleigh (Team Festival), and Blazing Bobsleigh (DS Adventure Mode).
