Introduced in the 2019 Halloween Tour, they are the signature glider of King Boo (Luigi's Mansion), Hammer Bro, Boomerang Bro, Penguin Toad, and Penguin Luigi. They are a variant of the Cloud Glider with a darker color scheme resembling Lakithunder's cloud. Like the Cloud Glider, striking other drivers with Lightning grants more points than usual upon using this glider.
Availability
The Rainy Balloons have only appeared in certain pipes and they are not a part of the Daily Selects set. The table below shows the glider's availability by tour.
