Clearing two of the three Snap a Photo objectives in the 2021 and 2022 Yoshi Tours
Snap a Photo is a bonus challenge in Mario Kart Tour, introduced in the 2021 Yoshi Tour. Set during an Auto Mode race, this bonus challenge has the player take an in-game photograph while meeting certain objectives such as capturing a certain number of drivers or having at least one driver gliding in the frame.
As in regular Auto Mode races, the drivers move and perform actions automatically while the player controls a number of on-screen features, including a whistle button that puts drivers in certain formations and a shutter button that is used to snap the photograph. The viewing angle can also be changed by sliding the one's finger or stylus across the screen. When satisfied, the objectives award the player Grand Stars.

- Take your time to line up the perfect shot by pressing the pause button!
- Tap the whistle button to change formations!
- Tap the gyro button to move your camera around!
- The challenge ends once a photo is taken!
