Whohoos[1] are horned owl enemies that appear in Super Mario Bros. Wonder, appearing only in the level Pokipede Pass. They roost on nests atop ceilings; when they spot the player, they will swoop down in an arc-like motion towards the player's direction, destroying any snow blocks in their way, after which they will return to their nest. They can easily be taken out with any attack.
