A Moment of Reflection is one of Kat and Ana's microgames in WarioWare: Smooth Moves. "The Chauffeur" form must be used when playing the game. Its name is a pun on "moment of reflection", meaning a thinking time.

On the first level of gameplay, two characters can be seen at the left side of the screen. The player's objective is to shine a light, reflected by a mirror, on the nearest character's head. The mirror can be controlled by turning the Wii Remote left or right. If the light shines on the person for a few moments, their hair will burn off. If this happens the player will win, although if it does not before time runs out, the microgame will end in a loss.
The player's objective is to direct the light beam, reflecting it with a mirror, to the nearest character's head for a few moments. The mirror can be rotated by turning the Wii Remote or Nintendo 3DS left or right. The background changes to red, green or pink when the player clears the microgame.

The second level of the microgame is similar to the first, as two characters can be found with each other. A light must be reflected off of a mirror, controlled by the player, to shine on another mirror. This mirror will then shine on the nearest character's head, causing him to grow hair.

In the final level of gameplay, the two characters are instead on the right side of the screen, moving back and fourth. As they move, the mirror, again controlled by the player, must be turned to reflect on another mirror above the characters. The light will them shine off of this mirror and onto the closest character's head. This will make their hair turn into a rainbow, stretching across the screen. If this happens, the player will win the game.

A Moment of Reflection is one of Kat & Ana's microgames in WarioWare: Smooth Moves and returns in WarioWare Gold as one of Ashley & Red's microgames. The name alludes to the phrase "a moment of reflection", where a person takes some time to think about something.

Gameplay

The player's objective is to direct the light beam, reflecting it with a mirror, to the nearest character's head for a few moments. The mirror can be rotated by turning the Wii Remote or Nintendo 3DS left or right. The background changes to red, green or pink when the player clears the microgame.

WarioWare: Smooth Moves

 • Level 1: The targeted person is standing still to the left side and there are no additional mirrors. If the player accomplishes the task, the person's hair will burn off.
 • Level 2: The targeted person is standing still to the left side and there is one additional mirror. The player is supposed to direct the beam to the second mirror, which will then shine on the nearest character's head, causing them to grow hair. However, using the second mirror is not necessary to win the game.
 • Level 3: The two characters are instead on the right side of the screen, moving back and forth. Similarly to the second stage, there is an additional mirror to direct the light beam to before shining it on the character's head, but again using the second mirror is not necessary to win the game. Winning the game will turn the person's hair into a rainbow, stretching across the screen.

WarioWare Gold

 • Level 1: A blue spirit is stationary in a top corner and there are no additional mirrors. If the player accomplishes the task, the blue spirit will transform into a yellow figure.
 • Level 2: A yellow figure is stationary in a bottom corner and there is one additional mirror. The player is supposed to direct the beam to the second mirror, which will then shine on the yellow figure, causing it to grow hair.
 • Level 3: The yellow figure from Level 2 moves back and forth in a bottom corner. Similarly to the second stage, there is an additional mirror to direct the light beam to before shining it on the character's head. Winning the game will cause the yellow figure to evolve into a doodle resembling Mona, Ashley, or Penny.
