Dandy Andy is a ventriloquist appearing in the Saturday Supercade episode "The Ventriloquist Caper." His name may based on the phrase "handy-dandy." He is the father of Peter Windson.

He first appears at the Golden Bridge Theatre, where he entertains Donkey Kong Jr., Bones, and Peter Windson with his doll, Andoo. With the Wrestling Gorilla absent, he plans to perform instead.
