Mugsy is a gangster appearing in the Saturday Supercade episode "Gorilla Gangster."

He first appears after Knuckles gives the Hooligan brothers the money from their recent bank heist, where he reveals to him that he swindled them, giving them a case of dirty socks instead, while they have the real case containing the cash. They plan to leave town to avoid capture, but Mugsy mentions that someone needs to fill in for him at the club tonight. Knuckles replies that no-one would be gullible enough to do that, saying it is too dangerous. At this statement, they notice Donkey Kong eating a banana and decide to hire him, with Mugsy promising all the bananas he could eat as payment.

He later appears at the airport, where he, along with Knuckles and the Hooligan brothers, are tricked into boarding a different plane and sliding down an evacuation slide by Mario and Pauline and Donkey Kong, disguised as a pilot and flight attendants respectively. They are all trapped in a luggage cart, and Mario uses a biplane to blow its sail, propelling the gangsters into the baggage claim and trapping them all in suitcases. Mugsy is last seen being removed and arrested, along with Knuckles and the Hooligan brothers, much to their dismay.
