Tokyo Blur 3

Template:Racecourse Tokyo Blur 3 is a race course in Mario Kart Tour. It is named after and inspired by Tokyo, and due to the city's reputation of hosting big summer festivals nearly every year, it is the signature course of the Summer Festival Tour. The course also appears as Tokyo Blur 3R (reverse), and Tokyo Blur 3T (with ramps).
