The Calico Parafoil is a High-End glider that appears in Mario Kart Tour. It was introduced in the 2021 Cat Tour and became the signature glider of Cat Toad in the Bowser vs. DK Tour and Meowser in the New Year's 2022 Tour. The glider is based on the Parafoil, with the colors of a calico cat, as well as cat ears and a tail attached to it. The Calico Parafoil increases the chances of getting Super Horns from Item Boxes and the amount of points awarded for hitting other drivers with one. The glider has a similar appearance to the Neko Parents and calico kittens from the Bowser's Fury campaign of Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury.

Two variants named the Black Cat Parafoil and Cat Parafoil were added in the New Year's 2022 Tour. Two similar gliders named the Tanooki Parafoil and the Gold Tanooki Parafoil were added to the game starting from the Autumn Tour. All items are also classified as High-End gliders.
