Harry and Dee-Dee are a couple and former managers of Panther and the Thunderbolts appearing in the Saturday Supercade episode "New Wave Ape."
They first seen at Acme Video, where Harry remarks on how Panther and the Thunderbolts winning an upcoming band contest will make him wealthy. However, his assistant manager Dee-Dee comments that rival rock band Slam is also talented. To this, Harry remarks that they need someone to steal their instruments. One of Panther and the Thunderbolts lead musicians, Pai, walks over to the couple to inform them that their drummer, Six, would have to leave as he ate too many chili dogs. As Harry tries to think about what to do now, Donkey Kong arrives and plays the drums, leading Pai to praise his talents and Harry and Dee-Dee to believe he is perfect for their plan.
In Harry's office, Harry hypnotizes Donkey Kong with a banana. He then orders him to steal Slam's instruments and bury them in an alley. As he announces his intent to illegitimately win the prize money for the bands' upcoming contest, a shocked Mario and Pauline eavesdrop on him and Dee-Dee and plan to stop them and free Donkey Kong.
Harry and Dee-Dee are later seen at the concert hall, where they spot Mario and Pauline de-hypnotizing Donkey Kong and capture them. As they cry for help, Donkey Kong rushes to stop Harry and Dee-Dee. He locks Harry in a guitar case, then knocks Dee-Dee into a wall with some drums. Pauline then informs Pai of her managers' criminal natures. They are last seen during Slam's performance, where Pai promptly fires them.
