Tune Out is one of Wario's microgames found in the Touch Training stage in WarioWare: Touched!. There is also a souvenir based on this microgame called Piano. Tune Out reappears in WarioWare Gold, where it is one of Kat & Ana's microgames. The microgame's name is a pun on "tune" and the phrase "tune out", which means to stop paying attention to something.
Gameplay[edit]
The objective of the game is to tap the same piano notes the teacher plays in the exact same order. If the player taps a wrong note, the teacher gets angry, and the player loses automatically. This microgame has twice the time as usual to complete it, as half of the time is used to memorize the piano notes, and the other half is used to play the piano notes. The piano teacher's hair is red in WarioWare: Touched! and gray in WarioWare Gold.
WarioWare: Touched![edit]
- 1st level difficulty: The player must tap two notes.
- 2nd level difficulty: The player must tap three notes.
- 3rd level difficulty: The player must tap four notes.
WarioWare Gold[edit]
- 1st level difficulty: The player must tap three notes.
- 2nd level difficulty: The player must tap four notes.
- 3rd level difficulty: Same as Level 2, but the amount of time the notes are held down varies.
