A-maze-ing is one of Kat & Ana's microgames from Evil Attacks Diamond Dojo! in the Wii game WarioWare: Smooth Moves and one of Ashley & Red's microgames from the Fantasy stage of the Twist League in the Nintendo 3DS game WarioWare Gold. Its name is a portmanteau of the words "maze" and "amazing." It shares its music with Writer's Block.

Gameplay[edit]

In this microgame, the players should turn the Wii Remote to navigate a ball out of a maze. The background changes to red when the player clears the microgame.

WarioWare: Smooth Moves[edit]

  • 1st level difficulty: The player must drop the ball into one hole.
  • 2nd level difficulty: The player must drop the ball into two holes.
  • 3rd level difficulty: The player must drop the ball into three holes.

WarioWare Gold[edit]

The ball is replaced with an egg that hatches into something after it drops, and the maze is fixed to the Nintendo 3DS screen, with the background remaining upright as the system rotates.

  • 1st level difficulty: The player must drop the egg into one hole. If successful, the egg hatches into a chick.
  • 2nd level difficulty: The player must drop the green-spotted egg into two holes. If successful, the egg hatches into a dragon.
  • 3rd level difficulty: The player must drop the pink-striped egg into three holes. If successful, the egg hatches into a treasure chest.
