The Spring Tour is the ninety-fourth tour of Mario Kart Tour, which begins on April 19, 2023 and ends on May 2, 2023. Like the Metropolitan Tour, this tour features the inclusion of all European city courses (Paris Promenade, London Loop, Berlin Byways, and Amsterdam Drift) in addition to introducing a brand new city course set in Athens, Greece called Athens Dash, making this the first tour to introduce a new city to the game since the Bangkok Tour twenty-one tours prior. This is also the first tour to debut a new city and introduce multiple routes for it simultaneously, as well as the first tour to debut a new city but not be named after the debuting city. This is the first tour in 2023 and the first tour since the Animal Tour eleven tours prior to not share its name with a previous tour.

A variant of Toad posing as a tourist (previously seen in a few pieces of artwork for various cities in this game) has also been introduced this tour. This tour also makes the debut of the R/T variant of Berlin Byways.

Like the April–May 2021 Sydney Tour and New Year's 2022 Tour, the tour's trailer was released later than the usual time.

The Spring Celebration event that began in the 2023 Ninja Tour ends in this tour.
