The Dinosaurs are characters in the WarioWare series. They are a group of people inhabiting Diamond City who antagonize Mona and are the proprietors of the Pizza Dinosaur restaurant chain. Half of the song Mona Pizza is sung by the Dinosaurs, who boast about how great they are and that they prefer quantity over quality in their pizzas (though they do not mention this in the Japanese version of the song, instead simply boasting about their superiority over Mona Pizza).
