The YouTube videos linked to the in-game news announcement for the tour trailer and Mii Racing Suit trailer were initially marked as private rather than unlisted and were publicized on the platform later than usual.[citation needed] The trailers, however, were still publicly visible on Twitter[1][2] and Facebook[3][4] at the usual times.
The Coin Rush course for this tour was Sydney Sprint, which was previously used for the two Sydney Tours in April and May 2021 and September 2021, respectively. The menu background featured the Daisy Cruiser as the tour's landmark, being reused from the Ocean Tour.

Players' most recently used kart and glider are chosen, and favorite and favored ones have extra priority. Opponents are arranged randomly. On day 1 of this tour, players finish a race in 3DS Cheep Cheep Lagoon R in the Mii Cup using the Toadette Mii Racing Suit for a free pipe launch. Starting from day 2, players have to finish a race in the earliest incomplete course that is not in any of the ranked cups using the driver shown on the course's thumbnail every day to obtain the corresponding reward in the table below. Once all of the courses are completed, the courses are selected at random.

- There is an editing error in this tour's splash screen image. Toadette's ponytail is seen going behind Yoshi (Kangaroo)'s Green Double-Decker, even though Toadette is in front of the Green Double-Decker. This error is not present in the landscape version used in the tour's trailer and the portrait version used at the end of the trailer and in the social media posts to announce the start of the tour.[5][6]
- In the Toadette Cup, Toadette does not have a favorite course, and only appears as a favored driver, though one of her variants, Toadette (Sailor), appears in Wii Daisy Circuit T and GCN Daisy Cruiser R/T as a favorite driver and is featured on the course icon for Wii Daisy Circuit T. This is the second occurrence of this happening, with the first being the Luigi Cup in the 2021 Halloween Tour.
