Mario Kart 7
In Mario Kart 7, arrangements of "Luigi Circuit/Mario Circuit" are incorporated into the theme heard on the game's title screen and the theme for Neo Bowser City. Like other course themes in Mario Kart 7, additional percussion is added to Neo Bowser City's theme when the player is driving at top speed while in first place.
Neo Bowser City's theme is reused for 3DS Neo Bowser City in Mario Kart Tour, beginning with its inclusion in the Tokyo Tour.

Mario Kart 8
3DS Neo Bowser City was added to Mario Kart 8 in the Animal Crossing x Mario Kart 8 DLC along with a new arrangement of the course's theme. It is titled "3DS Koopa City", the course's European name, in the game's official soundtrack, as the soundtrack was only released in Europe, Japan, and Australia. Like in Mario Kart 7 and all other courses in Mario Kart 8, additional percussion is added to the theme's instrumentation when the player is driving at top speed while in first place.
These arrangements return for the same course in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Super Smash Bros. for Wii U
Super Smash Bros. for Wii U features an arrangement of the theme heard in 3DS Toad Circuit and 3DS Mario Circuit in Mario Kart 7, titled "Circuit (Mario Kart 7)". This arrangement also includes an arrangement of 3DS Neo Bowser City's theme, which in turn includes "Luigi Circuit/Mario Circuit". The track can be played on the Mario Circuit stage.
This arrangement returns in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, now titled "Circuit - Mario Kart 7". It can be played on any Super Smash Bros.-series and Mario Kart-series stage.
Other arrangements
Nintendogs + Cats
In all four versions of Nintendogs + Cats, Nintendogs + Cats: French Bulldog & New Friends, Nintendogs + Cats: Golden Retriever & New Friends, Nintendogs + Cats: Toy Poodle & New Friends, and Nintendogs + Cats: Shiba Inu & New Friends, a compressed version of the original "Luigi Circuit/Mario Circuit" plays when the player is controlling the Mario Kart toy.
