The Drill Mushroom[1] is a power-up item that first appeared in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. It takes the form of a mushroom with a gray drill and a red base in place of the cap. Upon picking it up, it will turn the user into their Drill form[1], giving them the ability to drill through the ground and ceiling along with being able to defeat enemies from below similar to the Spiny Shell helmet from Super Mario Maker.
