Vancouver Velocity 2 is a race course in Mario Kart Tour, and is the second layout of the overall Vancouver Velocity course. It makes its debut on the Penguin Tour as the featured course of the tour. Unlike the first layout, racers get to visit more of the city side of the track, even letting the racers go inside an ice hockey arena with Skating Shy Guys. The normal and reverse variants of the course also feature a unique cannon that allows players to glide between the autumn section and the arena.

This course is a favorite of Light-blue Toad (Pit Crew), Yoshi (Reindeer), Rosalina (Aurora), Penguin Mario, and Wario (Hiker).

The course also appears as Vancouver Velocity 2R (reverse), Vancouver Velocity 2T (with ramps), and Vancouver Velocity 2R/T (reverse and with ramps).

In the standard layout, the racers start the course in a street next to the Vancouver Convention Centre. After a right reverse curve through Jack Poole Plaza, the player takes a sharp right, with Science World visible on the left. The player then enters Rogers Arena and drives across the ice rink before being launched out of a circus cannon across to Stanley Park near the Lost Lagoon. The player then takes another sharp right to travel along a shoreline to the right, then moves across a pedestrian bridge that arches right, with the Lions Gate Bridge in the background. After two consecutive drops to a boardwalk with the sailboats from GCN Yoshi Circuit, the player travels underneath the Vancouver Olympics cauldron via another right reverse curve to the finish line.
