Super Mario Maker / Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS / Super Mario Maker 2[edit]

In Super Mario Maker, Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS, and Super Mario Maker 2, the original version of "Course Clear" plays when the player finishes a level in any theme (except the castle theme) in the Super Mario Bros. 3 game style.

Super Smash Bros. series[edit]

In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, an arrangement of "Course Clear" is used as a segue for the arrangements of "Athletic BGM" and "World 4 Map (Giant Land)" in the track "Super Mario Bros. 3 Medley". This arrangement is also used in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

It's Me, Mario! Stop Motion Shorts[edit]

The It's Me, Mario! Stop Motion Shorts episode Mario's Mustache uses an arrangement of "Course Clear" at the end of the episode.
