"Prisma Splash!" is the credits theme of Paper Mario: Color Splash. At over seven minutes, it is the longest track on the soundtrack. It is a medley of arrangements of different themes from the game.
- A grand orchestral piece is performed with choir backing. The "Main Theme" leitmotif is played.
- The track then segues into representing the red levels, with an arrangement of "Ruddy Road," followed by the song's opening bars being played on the same instruments as "Redpepper Spa." Another bar of "Ruddy Road" then plays.
- The orange levels are represented by "Sunset Express," "Kitchen Stadium," and "Kiwano Temple."
- The yellow levels are represented by "Sunglow Ridge" and "Super Smashle Royal."
- The green levels are represented by "A Forest So Sacred" and "Mossrock Theater."
- The blue levels are represented by "Snifit or Whiffit Theme," "On Blissful Beach," "Eerie Hotel," and "Toadally Spooky."
- The purple levels are represented by "Careless in Love" and "Soul Rumblings," and "Fortune Island."
- "Kamek's Theme," "Bowser's Airship Aloft," and "Blackout" represent Bowser's Minions.
- As the track concludes, the opening is reprised, with the "Main Theme" appearing again.
"Prisma Splash!" is found on the Special record in the Prisma Museum.
