The Order of the Golden Meatball is an award appearing in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode "The Pied Koopa." It appears as a gold medal in the shape of a meatball.
After Mario and his friends rescue the children of Pastaland from King Koopa's castle, the people of Pastaland throw a spaghetti banquet in their honor. During the banquet, Mayor Fettuccine awards each of them the Order of the Golden Meatball for rescuing the children and saving their spaghetti crop.
