The Sneeker is a kart that appears in the Mario Kart series. As what its name indicates, the kart resembles a sneaker, with the laces acting as the exhaust pipes and the Mario Kart logo engraved on the rear bumper. The emblem is located on the back of the kart.
History
Mario Kart 8 / Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
The Sneeker (known as the Bounder in the British English version) debuted in Mario Kart 8 as an unlockable kart body. There are four colored variants, a red variant, a yellow variant, a pink variant, and a gray variant, and it changes colors depending on which character is using it. Its stats are identical to the Standard Kart, the Cat Cruiser, the Prancer, The Duke, the Teddy Buggy and the 300 SL Roadster, which means it grants drivers no advantages or disadvantages. The engine sound is actually a deeper sounding version of the Standard Kart, Pipe Frame, Teddy Buggy, and the Wild Wiggler, sounding like a WRC 1.6L straight-four engine. The Sneeker is one of three vehicles in the game to have the Mario Kart logo engraved, the others being the Teddy Buggy and Mr. Scooty.
A CPU-controlled Toad, Toadette, Shy Guy, and Wario may occasionally use this vehicle body paired with the Standard tires. The staff ghost for GCN Sherbet Land uses Lemmy with the Sneeker body.
In Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, it is now available from the start and now increases speed while decreasing acceleration and traction; its stats are shared with the Gold Standard and Master Cycle, and it offers the worst traction stat of any vehicle body in the game. A CPU Wendy is occasionally seen using this body paired with the Standard tires. CPU Toad and Diddy Kong also occasionally use the Sneeker body paired with the Blue Standard tires, and a CPU-controlled Shy Guy is seen pairing the Sneeker with the Off-Road tires instead. The 200cc Staff Ghosts for Wii Moo Moo Meadows and Ice Ice Outpost, Baby Daisy and Cat Peach, use this kart body with Cyber Slick and Off-Road tires, respectively.

Mario Kart Tour
The Sneeker returns in Mario Kart Tour starting from the 2022 Los Angeles Tour. It is classified as a High-End kart and is the signature kart of Mario (Golf) and Mario (Sunshine). Unlike its previous appearances, it only has the red and blue color scheme no matter which driver is using it. The Sneeker uses the Standard tires from Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. It increases the duration of Rocket Start boosts and the number of points earned for performing a Rocket Start. Starting from the 2022 Bowser Tour, the Sneeker is available in regular tour pipes, including the All-Clear Pipe. Two variants which are also classified as High-End karts appear in the game, a pink variant simply called the Pink Sneeker, and a variant which uses the gray color scheme called the Black Sneeker.
