Inhabitants Green Noodle, aliens

Scampione is a planet appearing in the German-exclusive Super Mario Bros. story "Besuch vom anderen Stern," and Green Noodle's home planet. The planet's landscape consists with moon rocks, Martian jungles, and Venus deserts, and is located where the Milky Way and Wermut-Boulevard intersect. Green Noodle is the only known resident of the planet, though it is presumed that other aliens reside on this planet as well. Similar to Green Noodle's name, Scampione's name refers to a noodle, specifically one of Italian origin.

Scampione is first mentioned by Green Noodle, who mentions that he needs to enter a black hole that will transport him to the planet, otherwise he will have to travel light years on the road and be completely moldy when he returns. However, he also adds that the black hole back to the planet is clogged and is at Mario Bros. Plumbing in the hopes that the Mario Bros. will unclog it.

Later, after Luigi reassures Green Noodle that he and Mario will do their best to unclog the black hole back to Scampione, the TV turns on, and, after showing a commercial featuring a happy housewife, turns black. An announcer advertises "Black-Hole-Free," a cleaning solution that unclogs black holes, before showing Scampione on the screen. Green Noodle, excited to see his home planet, cries out in joy, as Mario and Luigi take turns looking at him and the screen. He then jumps into the TV, which results in an implosion that results in the screen exploding.
