Giant cannons,[1] also referred to as big guns,[2] huge barrels,[2] massive cannons,[3] huge turrets,[4] or big turrets,[4] are objects that shoot giant cannonballs in several Super Mario platform games. These mega-sized cannons appear in Super Mario Bros. 3, New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and New Super Mario Bros. U, where they are large horizontal cannons that resemble dark pipes.
