The Curious Poplin is a character in Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park. They are a grayish-brown Poplin holding a magnifying glass, studying the engravings on a Bellabel Flower-shaped stone slab in Camp Central. As the player defeats the Koopalings, the Curious Poplin will make more discoveries. They are eager to share their discoveries with the player character. There are a total of seven discoveries made by them. Old discoveries can be heard by talking to them and accepting their request to hear old discoveries.

I'm quite certain they'll come in handy for tracking down the Koopalings!" |
| Bellabel Flower | "High in the sky in Bellabel Park, you'll find a Bellabel Flower in full bloom. When it sways, it makes a soothing ringing sound. It sets my heart at ease! Oh, also, the Bellabel Flower provides water to those who play in the park. We call it  Bellabel Water, in case you're curious. I wonder why it provides water, though. Maybe it thinks we're sprouts or some such? The mysteries are unending..."

After all, each of the stone slabs depicts different ways to have fun. I wonder if our ancestors wanted them to serve as a record of all the fun they had. If the  captain were to find out, then the brigade may well be disbanded. I think I'll keep this information to myself for now. You should too!"
