The Dolphin Kick Badge in Super Mario Bros. Wonder and Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park is an Action Badge that allows players to burst forward in a single direction while swimming in water; this provides a speed boost while also allowing for much more precise turning movement. The badge's effects can be activated by pressing R Button or shaking the controller. If a player collides with Brick Blocks while performing a dolphin kick, the blocks will be broken without slowing the player down. The speed boost from the badge is powerful enough to allow the player to easily swim against currents without the aid of a shell. The effects emulate the enhanced swimming abilities of Frog Mario and Penguin Mario, as well as Nabbit and Toadette in the New Super Mario Bros. series.

The badge is obtained by completing either of its Badge Challenges, Badge Challenge Dolphin Kick I and Badge Challenge Dolphin Kick II.

In Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park, the Dolphin Kick Badge is incorporated into a single Dual Badge, that being the Dolphin Kick + Boosting Spin Jump Badge.
