Flower Mario is the form Mario takes upon collecting a Super Flower Pot in Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park.[1] Flower Mario wears a red tulip costume, and can create flower projectiles that rise up through ceilings and can defeat enemies, destroy jars, and trigger Wow Buds. Spin Jumps create two flowers on both sides. Flowers created from Spin Jumping move slighty slower than flowers created by pressing Y Button. Flower Mario can also perform a Flower jump, a jump in which he flutters his leaves to extend his jump (similar to Yoshi's Flutter Jump) and then slowly floats downward in a manner similar to other flight-based power-ups.[2] Like Elephant Mario, Flower Mario can even store water in his petals and spray them one at a time when Spin Jumping, performing a midair spin, or performing a Flower jump.[3]

Three weeks prior to Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park's release, Flower Mario debuted in Super Mario Run as a statue, in an event promoting the game running from March 5, 2026, to April 3, 2026. The statue can be obtained by completing the first stamp card.
