The Bilin Usagi no Ōjo is a princess that rules over the talking rabbits that live in Mario Land that appears in Super Mario Land 2 - 6-tsu no Kinka 1 of the Super Mario Kodansha manga. She looks like a human, wearing a bunny head helmet with the words "Bilin Usagi" ("Bilingual Rabbit") on the back of it, and a bunny girl outfit.

While facing off Wario controlling the Mario Zone robot, Mario rescues a rabbit from being squashed by him. Grateful, the rabbit takes him to the princess, who rewards him by giving him the Carrot, from which to gain their powers in Bunny form.

She briefly reappers in the second chapter to remind the reader what the Carrot does.
