Sheila Pontoons is a character appearing in the International Enquisitor segment for the Game Boy comic issue "Pipes is Pipes." According to the story "Telepathic Tuna!", she is a renowned psychic who has mentally communicated with several marine life. She mentions that though "[they're] very smart," it is expected, as "they're always in schools," with the picture on the right showing her using her mind to communicate to fish.
Naming[edit]
Sheila Pontoons's surname refers to the pontoon boat, a flat boat that relies on floats for buoyancy.
