Peach Medallions are collectibles in Mario Kart World, appearing around the open world in the game's Free Roam mode, where there are 200 in total. They resemble normal coins, except much larger, with a side view of Princess Peach, and some extra detailing around the edges. Collecting a Peach Medallion will award a sticker to the player, similarly to ? Panels. A counter of the collected Peach Medallions appears on the map in-game, along with counters for the mission-related P Switches and the ? Panels.[1]

Their design bears a resemblance to the Princess Coins that replace the Dragon Coins found in Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2 after they are all collected. Peach Medallions are also visually similar to the Metro Kingdom's regional coins in Super Mario Odyssey, albeit with Princess Peach's profile rather than Pauline's. They make the same sound that Star Coins make when collected.
