Signal Bugs[1] are mechanical creatures found in Mario Kart World. They closely resemble Bramballs both in appearance and movement. Their legs are made of coiled metal wires, and their head resembles a green traffic light. A Signal Bug will alternate between two positions on the road, and when active will grant a boost to the player, as if they passed over a Dash Panel. They are commonly found along the highways connecting the various courses, and also appear in missions.
