Variants

Launching ? Blocks[1] are objects in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. They appear identical to ? Blocks. Striking a Launching ? Block from underneath or from the side causes the block to launch up into the sky, taking out any enemies and collecting any 10-flower coins in its path. Launching ? Blocks can also activate Hidden Blocks. Striking it from above instead results in it launching downward. Launching ? Blocks appear in the courses The Sharp Trial: Launch to Victory and Armads on the Roll.

Like regular ? Blocks, Launching ? Blocks turn purple during Wonder Effects.

A variant of the Launching ? Block appears in multiple courses, including Cruising with Linking Lifts.
