In Mario Kart World, an EDM arrangement of "Koopa Beach" plays when racing in Koopa Troopa Beach. It is likewise titled "Koopa Troopa Beach" in the Nintendo Music app and the game's pause menu. In Knockout Tour, leaving Koopa Troopa Beach causes the theme to transition into a coda.
When approaching Koopa Troopa Beach from a route or during a rally before reaching the course's finish line, a simple prelude arrangement of "Koopa Beach" plays, consisting mainly of the beat with some hits. It is titled "Koopa Troopa Beach (Intro)" in the Nintendo Music app. When crossing the finish line into the course from a route or during a rally, the prelude arrangement transitions into the main race course theme with an additional hit sound effect and some faint synth notes.
A brief arrangement of "Koopa Troopa Beach (Intro)" is incorporated in the theme that plays during the intro cutscene for the Shell Cup. It is titled "Opening (Shell Cup)" in the Nintendo Music app.
The original version of "Koopa Beach" plays during Koopa Beach 1's tribute mission. It is titled "Koopa Beach (Mission)" in the Nintendo Music app and "Koopa Troopa Beach" in the game's pause menu.
A calm bossa nova arrangement of "Koopa Beach" can play in Free Roam during the day. It is titled "Koopa Beach (Super Mario Kart)" in the Nintendo Music app. This is the only instance of a theme being arranged for both one of the game's courses and Free Roam in the entire soundtrack.
