"Luigi's Mansion"[1] is a musical theme composed by Shinobu Nagata for Mario Kart DS, where it plays in the race course of the same name.

Mario Kart DS[edit]

Mario Kart DS marks the first appearance of "Luigi's Mansion". It is also included in the official album The Year of Luigi Sound Selection.

Mario Kart 7[edit]

In Mario Kart 7, an arrangement of "Luigi's Mansion" plays in DS Luigi's Mansion. It is likewise titled "DS Luigi's Mansion" in the Nintendo Music app. This arrangement uses higher-quality samples, but it is otherwise near identical to the original. A looping drum set beat is added to the instrumentation whenever the player is driving at top speed while in first place.

Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit[edit]

In Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit, the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe arrangement of "Luigi's Mansion" plays in King Boo's Courtyard.

Mario Kart World[edit]

In Mario Kart World, a progressive metal arrangement of "Luigi's Mansion" based on the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe arrangement can play on the route from Boo Cinema to Dry Bones Burnout in the Leaf Cup and on VS Race routes coming from Boo Cinema.
